Mark is a business minded attorney and strategic advisor with more than twenty-five years of substantive legal experience. He has spent 15 years as a general counsel at a private equity portfolio toxicology lab and a not-for-profit, academic medical center faculty practice plan. In addition to his general counsel roles, Mark has worked in-house at a children’s health system, in private practice at two large law firms, and on active duty at the headquarters for Navy Medicine.
Mark focuses his practice in representing academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, physicians and physician groups, laboratories, and ambulatory surgery centers, and private equity portfolio health care companies. He represents these clients in a wide variety of matters involving compliance, contracts, dispute resolution, employment, general counsel services, governance, internal investigations, licensing, litigation, managed care, medical staff, payor matters, risk management, transactions, and general business and operational matters.
Mark obtained his B.A. from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
Christine is a business minded attorney and strategic advisor experienced at working collaboratively with business owners, senior management, in-house counsel and HR professionals on sensitive and complex legal matters. She has substantive expertise in providing high value, cross-functional support in employment law and litigation; U.S. and international data privacy including GDPR compliance; internal investigations; compliance; policies and practices; and contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation.
Christine also represents individual executives in the drafting, review and negotiation of employment agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements.
Christine, a “Double Hoya,” received her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Georgetown Law. She is certified in EU data privacy (CIPP/E) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
